We call it ‘Special Regular Yoga Classes’ because these classes are designed in such a way that facilitates every individual and helps to progress in his/her Yoga practice. From beginners to advanced levels these classes give challenges to everyone and with individual clear attention, one can get the desired health results even faster. The Special Regular Yoga classes cover Asana, Pranayam, Diet, Meditation, and Lifestyle recommendations which are based on scientific Yogic philosophy and the lessons of our Gurus. The teacher of the Special Regular Yoga Classes, with his 10+ years of experience in India and abroad, makes these classes effective, interesting and engaging.
6 days a week – Monday to Saturday
One hour daily
Morning – 6:30-7:30 AM and 7:30-8:30 AM
Evening – 6:00-7:00 PM
Offline (On-campus) :- 2,000/- monthly
Online :- 1,500/- monthly
We do not use any recorded video. The online classes will be conducted via Zoom/ Google Meet and it’ll be live with clear individual instructions. The link for the class will be shared after the successful registration of the class.
