TYI classes all over the world follow the same overall structure as prescribed by our gurus to address all important aspects of the body and mind. The class begins with grounding and conditioning and covers all major groups of asanas to address all movements of the body. The class includes meditation and pranayama also.
The class is open to all levels of practitioner and no prior experience is required.
Morning – 7 AM to 10 AM
Evening – 4 PM to 8 PM
Mon-Sat – 1-hour each
6 days a week – 3000/month
3 days a week – 1500/month
Only weekend (Sat & Sunday) – 1500/month (1.5hrs/day)
