About the Classes
We call it ‘Special Yoga Classes’ because these classes are designed in such a way that facilitates every individual and helps to progress in his/her Yoga practice. From beginners to advanced levels these classes give challenges to everyone and with individual clear attention, one can get the desired health results even faster. These Special Yoga classes cover Asana, Pranayam, Diet assistance, Meditation, and Lifestyle recommendations which are based on scientific Yogic philosophy and the lessons of our Gurus. The teacher of the Special Yoga Classes, Yogacharya Manjeet Sthapak, with his 10+ years of experience in India and abroad, makes these classes effective, interesting and engaging.

Class Schedule:- 6 days a week – Monday to Saturday One hour daily
Morning – 6:30 – 7:30 AM and 7:30 – 8:30 AM
Evening – 5:15 – 6:15 PM and 6:15 – 7:15 PM
Fee Structure (with 50% Inaugural discount) as follows:-
1 month:- ₹3,000/- | 1500/-
3 months (Smart Choice):- ₹9,000/- | 4500/-
8 months (Super Healthy Option):- ₹24,000/- | 10,000/-
1 month:- ₹2,600/- | 1300/-
3 months (Smart Choice):- ₹7,800/– | 3900/-
8 months (Super Healthy Option):- ₹20,800/- | 8,400/-
Please note:- We do not use any recorded video. The online classes will be conducted via Google Meet and it will be live with clear individual instructions. The link for the class will be shared after the successful registration of the class.
